2.1.3工程内容：新建一座膏体充填站及其配套的生产辅助设施。

ScopeofTender
亮体充埴站主厂房、中18m浓密机基础、水泥仓、溢流水池及清水池、事故池、制备站事故
池基坑、总图建安工程、地表充填管路、尾砂管路，矿机、除尘、动力、仪表、自动化控制
系统等设备购置及安装工程及相关涉及本项目办公家具家电等采购。

procurementofofficefumitureandappliancesrelatedtothisproject
2.2工期要求：总工期320日历天。（具体开工日期以合同为准）

3投标人资质要求
3QualificationRequirementsforBidder
1有效的在赞公司独立注册证书、PACRA登记信息和税务登记证。投标人必须是具有独立
承担民事责任能力的在赞比亚境内注册的法人：
ValidindependentregistrationcertificateofthecompanyinPakistan，PACRAregistration
informationandtaxregistrationcertificate，TheBiddermustbealegalorganizationregisteredin
Zambiawiththeabilitytoassumecivilliabilityindependently；
2）赞比亚国家建设委员会颁发的处于有效期内的注册证书；
ValidregistrationcertificateissuedbytheNationalCouncilforConstructionofZambiawithinits
validityperiod:
3）其他要求：没有处于被责令停业、投标资格被暂停或取消、财产被接管、冻结、破产等
状态：近年（2022年1月1日至今）没有骗取中标和严重违约、没有被项目所在地政府或国家
部委禁止市场准入等情形：投标人当前未有不良记录（提供相关证明材料或承诺书并加盖公
章）：
OtherRequirements:TheBiddershallnotbeunderorderedshutdown,suspendedordisqualified
biddingqualificationorinastateofassettakeoverfreezeorbankruptcy.Inrecentyears（from
January1.2022tothepresent）theBidderhasnorecordofwinningbidsbyfraudorserious

5投标文件的递交

5.1递交投标文件的截止时间（投标截止时间）为2026年10月20日9时30分。

投标人应当在截止时间前通过平台（网址：中国有色集团采购招标电子商务平台
（https://globalecp.cnmc.com.cn）上传，并保存文件上传成功回执，递交时间即为上传
成功回执时间。
