Brief Specification Description: The project covers 100 mu, with a building renovation area of 1,500 square meters. It includes upgrading one reception hall, one rice culture exhibition and sales hall, and adding one livestream studio; renovating one leisure courtyard; adding one fruit and vegetable picking greenhouse; providing one set of cultural and creative signage system; and adding greenery, rest areas, promotional displays, and other supporting facilities.
